3. Contact by email, phone, WhatsApp or contact form
If you contact us for bookings, collaborations or other questions, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, phone number, location, event details and your message) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare and carry out a booking.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract performance) for booking requests; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries) for all other messages.
- Retention: We delete your data once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example tax and accounting records for confirmed bookings).
Email provider: Emails are processed via Zoho Mail, provided by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands, on servers in the European Union.
Contact form: Messages sent via the contact form are transmitted by our website server and delivered to our inbox via Zoho Mail.
WhatsApp: If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive information via WhatsApp.
4. Audio player
Music on this website is played from our own server. Audio files are only loaded when you press play.
5. Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to external font providers is made.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not use any analytics service.
7. Links to social media and streaming platforms
This website contains simple links to Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram and TikTok. No data is transmitted to these platforms when you visit our website. Only when you click a link and open the platform does its own privacy policy apply.
